Services

Apex Partners provides professional carpet installation services as described on our website. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your service request.

Consultations & Estimates

We offer free consultations and estimates. These estimates are based on the information provided and may be subject to change after an in-person assessment of your space.

Appointments & Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Generally, we require a deposit to secure your installation date, with the balance due upon completion of work.

We accept various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and bank transfers. All prices are in HKD unless otherwise stated.

Warranty

Our workmanship is guaranteed as follows:

• Premium Installation: 10-year warranty
• Standard Installation: 5-year warranty
• Basic Installation: 1-year warranty

The warranty covers defects in installation workmanship, not normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

Limitation of Liability

Apex Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring the installation area is clear of furniture and personal items
• Providing accurate measurements and information about the space
• Making necessary arrangements for our team to access the property

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property and protected by copyright laws.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
